CodeNest is hiring operations software. Organizations are responsible for lawful candidate notice, consent, access control, retention, and use of assessment and proctoring features.

Assessment results, AI-generated summaries, and integrity signals are decision-support evidence. A qualified human must review the relevant evidence and remain responsible for employment decisions.

Deployments must isolate untrusted code execution, protect credentials, apply database migrations, and maintain appropriate monitoring, backups, and incident-response procedures.
