CodeNest processes account details, candidate records, assessment responses, interview content, and integrity events to operate hiring workflows for an organization.

Access is organization-scoped. Candidate session tokens are stored as hashes, and application secrets remain server-side. Retention, deletion, and data-export obligations must be configured by the deploying organization for its applicable jurisdiction.

AI output and proctoring signals support human review and must not be treated as autonomous employment decisions.
